Ombo ist eine Insel im Boknafjord in der norwegischen Provinz (Fylke) Rogaland.

Bekannt ist Ombo durch einen Felsen in Form einer Nase, häufig bezeichnet als „König Ombo“ oder als „Ombogubben/Adam“. Die Insel gehört jeweils zur Hälfte zum Gebiet der beiden Kommunen Hjelmeland und Finnøy.
