Die Open Smart Card Development Platform (OpenSCDP) bietet eine Reihe von Werkzeugen, um Anwender und Entwickler bei der Erstellung, dem Test und der Anwendung von Smart Card Applikationen zu unterstützen. OpenSCDP unterstützt den Global Platform Standard (Scripting, Profile, Messaging) und verwendet ECMAScript als Skriptsprache.
