Reicher Stil bezeichnet in der griechischen Kunst eine Stilform, die etwa in den Jahren 430-410 v. Chr. aufkam und bis ca. 370 v. Chr reichte. Im Grunde bedeutet sie eine Art Manierismus der spätklassischen Zeit. Charakteristisch sind hierbei bei der Bekleidung überreicher Faltenwurf in einer geradezu spielerischen Bewegtheit, ein überreicher Dekor. Hierzu gehören auf der Akropolis in Athen die Figuren des Frieses am Niketempel und die Karyatiden oder Koren des Erechteions. Auch die Nike des Paionios, die sich vor dem Zeustempel in Olympia (Griechenland) befand, gehört zeitlich und stilistisch hierher. Nicht nur in der Plastik äußert sich dieser Stil. Über die Farbigkeit des Dekors, der sich im sog. Reichen Stil entfaltete, unterrichtet die griechische Vasenmalerei dieser Zeit. Hierbei ist wiederum eher in der ornamentalen Gestaltung eine solche Farbigkeit zu vermuten. In der Vasenmalerei gibt es zudem erstmals Versuche einer dreidimensionalen Darstellung, mit der eine räumliche Illusion erzeugt wird. In der Vasenmalerei wird der Reiche Stil auch als ornate style bezeichnet.
