Assistance Partner

Assistance Partner ist die Pannenhilfeorganisation der deutschen Versicherungswirtschaft. Sie wurde 2001 gegründet und ist für die meisten großen deutschen Autoversicherer unterwegs.

Auch kleine Automobilclubs wie Verkehrsclub Deutschland und BAVC sind an die „Silberne Flotte“ angeschlossen. In Anlehnung an die „Gelben Engel“ des ADAC werden die silbermetallic lackierten Fahrzeuge vereinzelt auch als „silberne Engel“ bezeichnet.

Die Pannenhilfe soll binnen 30 Minuten an der Pannenstelle sein. In Deutschland sind ca. 500 Pannenhilfsunternehmen mit über 1.700 silbernen Fahrzeugen als silberne Engel tätig.[1][2] Europaweit sollen alle üblichen Pannenhelfer zur Verfügung stehen.
