Pembroke Dock (walisisch: Doc Penfro) ist eine Stadt im Süden von Pembrokeshire in Wales. Sie liegt nördlich von Pembroke und hat 8.676 Einwohner.

Die Stadt wurde 1814 gegründet, als dort eine neue Werft errichtet wurde, auf der eine große Anzahl an Schiffen gebaut wurde. Der am Fluss Daugleddau gelegene Hafen wird heute vorwiegend als Fährhafen verwendet, von welchem Schiffe Richtung Rosslare Harbour nach Irland fahren. Wie in vielen Teilen der Grafschaft Pembrokeshire ist auch hier die Ölindustrie einer der wichtigsten Arbeitgeber.

Sehenswürdigkeit der Stadt ist das Museum im Gun Tower, einer Festungsanlage im Hafen.
