Eine Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD) ist eine sexuelle Dysfunktion, die direkt verursacht ist durch vorgehende Einnahme von Serotonin-Wiederaufnahmehemmern (Antidepressivum).
Eine PSSD kann mehrere Monate oder Jahre anhalten. Auch eine bleibende Schädigung ist möglich. PSSD ist eine spezifische Variante von SSRI Absetzsyndromen.
Symptome
Als Symptome sind mehrere sexuelle Probleme möglich. Dazu gehört ein reduziertes Sexualgefühl und Schwierigkeiten beim Erreichen eines Orgasmus.
