Pukekohe ist eine Stadt in Neuseeland mit 21.500 Einwohnern (Stand: 30. Juni 2005). Sie liegt auf der Nordinsel des Landes in der Region Auckland zwischen Manukau Harbour und der Mündung des Waikato River etwa 50 Kilometer südlich der Metropole Auckland.

Die in den 1860er Jahren gegründete Stadt ist das ländliche Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftszentrum des Franklin-Distrikts. Vorwiegende Wirtschaftszweige sind Gartenbau und Milchwirtschaft.

Der Name "puke-kohe" stammt vom dort lebenden Volk der Māori und bedeutet "Hügel von Kohekohe". Die Stadt selbst besitzt eine High School und ein Rugby-Stadion. Es werden Pferderennen und Motorsport-Veranstaltungen durchgeführt.
