Das Riq (arabisch ‏رق‎, DMG Riq; auch Riqq) ist eine arabisches Tamburin, das zur Gruppe der einfelligen Rahmentrommeln zählt.

Der Durchmesser der Trommel beträgt ca. 24 cm, die Höhe ca. 6 cm. An der Seite des Riqs sind Schellen angebracht, z. B. in der Anordnung 5×2×2 Schellen.

Früher wurde das Riq mit Fischhaut bespannt, aber heute nimmt man meist Ziegenfell dafür.

Das Riq findet Verwendung in der arabischen Volksmusik, der klassischen arabischen Musik und auch zur Begleitung des Orientalischen Tanzes.
