Das Sang Lee International Open (SLIO) ist ein Dreiband-Turnier und wurde im Jahr 2005 zum Gedenken an den im Oktober 2004 verstorbenen Dreiband-Spitzenspieler Sang Chun Lee von seiner Frau Ira Lee initiiert und seither jährlich durch die USA Billard Association als Mitglied der Union Mondiale de Billard ausgerichtet. Ausrichtungsort ist das Carom-Café Billiards in New York, das 2000 von Sang Lee mitgegründet wurde und mit ca. 2.800 m² eine der größten Karambolage-Billard-Hallen der Welt sein dürfte. Aufgrund der Teilnehmerzahl von 96, des echten "Open"-Status und seines hohen Preisgeldes (2008: 125.000$) ist es eines der größten und renommiertesten Turniere auf Weltnieveau.
Entgegen der meisten anderen Turniere wird es nicht im Satzsystem gespielt, sondern auf eine vorgegebene Punktzahl. Der Turniermodes wurde seit 2005 mehrfach geändert.
