Ein Skort ist ein kurzer Rock mit innen eingearbeiteten Shorts.
Sprachlich handelt es sich um eine Zusammenziehung der englischen Wörter „skirt“ (= Rock) und „short“ (= kurze Hose). Getragen werden Skorts besonders beim Sport, besonders beim Hockey, oder bei Outdoor-Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Trekking etc..
