Slamming

Unter Slamming versteht man das Umstellen eines Endkunden-Telefonanschlusses auf einen neuen Betreiber, ohne den Kunden über diesen Vorgang zu informieren. Das gegen das „Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb“ verstoßende Vorgehen der Telekommunikationsfirmen wird oft mit Hilfe von zu Werbezwecken gesammelten Kundendaten vorgenommen.

Insbesondere im hart umkämpften Reseller-Markt bedienen sich immer mehr Betreiber dieses Vorgehens, um mehr Kunden zu gewinnen.
