SEGRO (früher Slough Estates) ist ein Investment- und Immobilienkonzern aus Großbritannien. Das Unternehmen wird im FTSE an der Londoner Börse gelistet. Am 22. Mai 2007 nannte sich Slough Estates plc in SEGRO plc um.[1]

Ihre ursprüngliche Investition, Slough Trading Estate (betrieben von Slough Trading Estate Ltd., eine Tochtergesellschaft von SEGRO) ist das größte Gewerbegebiet in Europa, das ein Unternehmen allein besitzt.

SEGRO besitzt Gewerbe- und Industrieflächen in Großbritannien, Frankreich, Deutschland, Belgien und den Vereinigten Staaten.

Zu den Baulandflächen gehören in Großbritannien Flächen in der Gegend von Bristol, Cambridge und Southampton. Ebenso hat SEGRO große Flächen in der Gegend von Farnborough, an der Seite des britischen Verteidigungsministeriums erworben.

In Slough, Berkshire, gehört dem Unternehmen (seit 1920 nach Ende des Ersten Weltkriegs beginnend) ein weiträumiges Gebiet an Gewerbe- und Industrieflächen; über 400 Unternehmen in über 600 Gebäuden mit über 20.000 Beschäftigten haben in diesem Gebiet einen Standort. Dieses Gebiet war der erste britische Firmenpark.
