Die römisch-katholische Kathedrale von Khartum (auch St.-Matthäus-Kathedrale genannt) ist die Bischofskirche des römisch-katholischen Erzbistums Khartum in der sudanesischen Hauptstadt Khartum..
Sie liegt am Ufer des Blauen Nils und rund 900 Meter westlich der Universität Khartum.
Das Kirchengebäude wurde zuerst 1847 errichtet. Nach der Eroberung von Khartum 1885 durch die Mahdisten wurde das Gebäude zusammen mit der Stadt zerstört. Nach der Niederschlagung der Mahdisten durch anglo-ägyptische Truppen wurde das Gebäude 1904 im Anglo-Ägyptischen Sudan wieder aufgebaut.
Die Kathedrale ist im byzantinischen Stil erbaut.
