Taiyaki (jap. 鯛焼き, dt. „Meerbrassengebäck“) ist ein japanisches Gebäck in Form eines Fisches, das auf einer Bratplatte mit Fischformen gebacken wird. Traditionell ist es gefüllt mit Anko, einer süßen Paste aus roten Bohnen, doch die mit Vanille-Creme (Custardcreme) gefüllte Version findet ebenfalls viel Zuspruch. Es gibt noch weitere Füllungen, wie zum Beispiel Macha (Anko mit grünem Tee), Schokoladecreme und andere.

Eine ähnliche Speise ist das Oyaki und das Imagawayaki.
