Die Tista (Bengalisch: তিস্তা, Tistā; anglisierend auch Teesta) ist ein etwa 400 Kilometer langer Zufluss des Brahmaputra. Sie entspringt aus Gletschern des Himalaya im Norden des indischen Bundesstaates Sikkim, durchfließt diesen in einem tief eingeschnittenen Tal und bildet bei Kalimpong die Grenze zwischen Sikkim und Westbengalen. In der bangladeschischen Division Rajshahi mündet sie in den Jamuna.

In ihrem Oberlauf wird die Tista zum Wildwasser-Rafting genutzt.
