Teppanyaki (jap. 鉄板焼き) sind Gerichte der japanischen Küche, die auf einer Stahlplatte (鉄板, teppan) direkt bei Tisch zubereitet werden.

Teppan sind in entsprechenden Restaurants in die Zubereitungsflächen am Tresen integriert und in die Gästetische eingelassen. In vielen japanischen Haushalten befindet sich eine portable Heizplatte.

Typische Teppanyaki-Speisen sind Okonomiyaki (inkl. Hiroshima-yaki und Mondanyaki), Monjayaki und Yakisoba.
