Thames Clipper ist nicht direkt Teil von Transport for London und erhebt unabhängig eigene Fahrpreise. Allerdings gewährt Thames Clipper Inhabern von Travelcards (Tages-, Monats- und Wochentickets von London Transport) einen Rabatt auf den Fahrpreis.
