Torbjørn Røe Isaksen (* 28. Juli 1978 in Ålesund) ist ein norwegischer liberal-konservativer Politiker aus Porsgrunn in Telemark. Er war Vorsitzender der Jungen Rechten und seit 2005 Stortingskandidat für Telemark Høyre. 2009 wurde er in das norwegische Parlament gewählt.
