Die Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A., früher Italfashion S.p.A., ist ein italienischer Modekonzern mit Sitz in Mailand. Vorstandsmitglieder sind Antonio Favrin, Andrea Donà dalle Rose, Amato Luigi Molinari, Roberto Notarbartolo di Villarosa und Dario Federico Segre. Favrin ist Chairman.
Die Valentino Fashion Group ging 2005 nach der Aufspaltung des italienischen Textilkonzerns Marzotto an die Mailänder Börse. Marzotto hatte Valentino 2002 erworben. Seit November 2007 sind über 98 Prozent des Grundkapitals im Besitz der britischen Beteiligungsgesellschaft Permira.
Die Valentino Fashion Group erwirtschaftete 2006 einen Nettogruppenumsatz von 1,963 Milliarden Euro, davon entfielen 1,495 Milliarden auf die Tochter Hugo Boss, an der sie den Mehrheitsanteil besitzt (Anteil 55,28% (88,02% Stimmrecht)).
Unter dem Dach der Valentino Fashion Group befinden sich neben Valentino und Hugo Boss weitere eigene Marken wie „Principe“ und „Uomolebole“ sowie die Lizenzmarken Marlboro Classics und M Missoni. 2007 stieg das Unternehmen zudem bei der New Yorker Modemarke Proenza Schouler ein.
