The Vandals sind eine 1980 gegründete amerikanische Punkband.

Nach einigen Besetzungswechseln ist seit Ende der 80er Jahre dies die aktuelle Besetzung: Dave Quackenbush (Gesang), Warren Fitzgerald (Gitarre), Joe Escalante (Bass) und Josh Freese (Schlagzeug). Allein Joe Escalante ist noch von der Ursprungsbesetzung übrig. Er besitzt das Label Kung Fu Records, auf dem die Band einige ihrer Alben veröffentlichte. Zusammen mit Bad Religion, Lagwagon, NOFX und Pennywise gehören sie zu den bekanntesten melodischen Punk-Bands.
