Vishwanath (Hindi: विश्वनाथ; auch: Viswanath, Vishwanathe, Vishvanathe oder Viswanathan) ist ein indischer, männlicher Personenname, der aber auch als Nachname genutzt werden kann.

Herkunft und Bedeutung

Der Name stammt aus dem Sanskrit und bedeutet so viel wie „Herr des Universums“. Es ist außerdem ein anderer Name für den hinduistischen Gott Shiva.
