Der Stadtbezirk Xinluo (新罗区) ist ein Stadtbezirk der bezirksfreien Stadt Longyan in der chinesischen Provinz Fujian. Er hat eine Fläche von 2.685,4 km² und zählt 462.400 Einwohner (2003).

Administrative Gliederung

Auf Gemeindeebene setzt sich der Kreis aus neun Straßenvierteln, sieben Großgemeinden und drei Gemeinden zusammen.
