Stanislav Zvolenský (* 19. November 1958 in Trnava, Tschechoslowakei, heute Slowakei) ist Erzbischof von Bratislava.

Leben

Stanislav Zvolenský wurde 1958 im westslowakischen Verwaltungsgebiet Trnavský kraj geboren. Seine Priesterweihe fand kurz vor der Vollendung seines 24. Lebensjahr im damaligen Erzbistum Trnava am 13. Juni 1982 statt. Papst Johannes Paul II. ernannte ihn am 2. April 2004 zum Titularbischof von Nova Sinna und zum Weihbischof im Erzbistum Bratislava-Trnava. Die Bischofsweihe wurde ihm am 2. Mai desselben Jahres durch den Erzbischof von Bratislava-Trnava, Ján Sokol, gespendet. Am 14. Februar 2008 ernannte ihn Papst Benedikt XVI. zum Erzbischof von Bratislava.
