Guelb er Richat auch Richat-Struktur oder Bull's eye genannt, ist ein kreisförmiges kraterähnliches geologisches Gebilde in der Sahara in Mauretanien. Es hat einen Durchmesser von 45 km. Die konzentrischen Ringwälle sind nur wenige Meter hoch.

Ursprünglich wurde die Struktur als Meteoritenkrater interpretiert. Auf Grund von Forschungen wird inzwischen auch vermutet, dass es sich um einen nicht zum Ausbruch gekommenen, „verhinderten“ Vulkan handeln könnte. Rätselhaft bleibt allerdings die kreisförmige Struktur, deren Entstehung noch nicht umfassend geklärt ist.

Da die Struktur aus dem Weltall besonders auffällig zu sehen ist, wird sie bei Shuttle-Missionen von Astronauten zur Orientierung benutzt.
