West Street Building (auch als 90 West Street bekannt), ist ein Hochhaus in der Stadt New York. Das in Lower Manhattan gelegene Gebäude wurde vom Architekten Cass Gilbert geplant und 1907 fertiggestellt.

90 West Street umfasst 23 Stockwerke und ist ca. 100 Meter hoch. Das an einem Stahlskelett hochgezogene U-förmige Gebäude besitzt einen dreistöckigen weißen Sockel und geht über eine weiße Terrakottafassade hoch zu einem sechsstöckigen neogotisch verzierten Aufsatz, der in einem Mansarddach endet.

Im Jahr 1998 wurde das West Street Building von der New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission zur Landmark erklärt. Im Jahr 2001 wurde es beim Terroranschlag vom 11. September auf das benachbarte World Trade Center stark beschädigt und geriet in Brand. Nach seiner Renovierung im Jahr 2006 wurde es als Apartmentgebäude wiedereröffnet.
