Ælfwine (auch Aelfwine, Elfwine) ist ein angelsächsischer männlicher Vorname. Die weibliche Namensform lautet Ælfwynn.[1] Der Name ist aus den Elementen Ælf- (=„Elfe“) und -wine (=„Freund, Beschützer, Herr“) zusammengesetzt.[2] Bedeutende Namensträger waren:
