Die Canadian Economics Association respektive Association canadienne d’économique ist eine kanadische Vereinigung von Wirtschaftswissenschaftlern. Ziel der Organisation ist der wissenschaftliche Austausch.

Hintergrund

Die Canadian Economics Association gründete sich 1966. Seither organisiert sie Veranstaltungen und stellt mit dem Canadian Journal of Economics ein Publikationsorgan zur Verfügung. Sie wird von einem Komitee geleitet, das sich aus dem Präsidenten, dem Vizepräsidenten, dem designierten Präsidenten des Folgejahres sowie dem Vorgänger des amtierenden Präsidenten, dem Schatzmeister und zwölf weiteren Mitgliedern der Vereinigung zusammensetzt.
