Olivia „Liv“ Boeree (* 1984 in Kent) ist eine englische Pokerspielerin, Fernsehmoderatorin und Model.

Boeree studierte Astrophysik an der University of Manchester und zog später nach London, um Pokershows im TV zu präsentieren.

2010 war sie als Covergirl der Zeitschrift Maxim in derer Frühjahrausgabe zu sehen.

Sie gewann bei der European Poker Tour in Sanremo am 21. April 2010 ein Preisgeld von 1,25 Millionen Euro sowie den EPT Titel San Remo. Es war das Turnier mit dem größten Preispool, das je von einer Frau gewonnen wurde.

Boeree war bis Mitte 2010 im Absolute/Ultimate Bet Poker Team. Seit September 2010 gehört sie dem Pokerstars Pro Team an.
