Cap Malheureux ist ein Ort im Bezirk Riviere du Rempart auf Mauritius. Der Ort hat 4427 Einwohner (Stand 2000). Cap Malheureux ist auch ein Kap im Norden der Insel in der Nähe von Mapou. Bekannt ist das Kap durch eine Kirche mit auffällig rotem Dach, die häufiges Motiv für Postkarten oder Fotografien ist. 1810 landeten in der Nähe von Cap Malheureux die Briten mit etwa 1000 Mann und konnte in der Folge die Insel von den Franzosen erobern.
