Conservation Evidence

Conservation Evidence ist ein Fachjournal für angewandten Naturschutz und erscheint in Großbritannien.

Das Journal veröffentlicht Artikel zu Tier- und Habitatmanagemntfragen. Daneben spielen Themen wie Wiederansiedlung, Renaturierung, Invasive Arten und Bildungs- und Enwticklungsprogramme im Naturschutz eine Rolle. Ausdrücklich veröffentlicht das Journal keine Artikel zur reinen Tierökologie oder über die Bedrohung der Biodiversität, die sich auf reine Monitoringdaten stützen.

Eine Besonderheit ist, dass nur Artikel von Autoren angenommen werden, die tatsächlich in der Naturschutzarbeit tätig sind. Es kommen also keine Wissenschaftler mit Forschung zu Naturschutzthemen vor.
