Der Begriff Dame Grand Cross bezeichnet, in Analogie zum männlichen Knight Grand Cross, im englischen Sprachgebrauch die höchste Klasse eines drei- bzw. fünfstufigen staatlichen Verdienstordens, sofern eine Frau damit ausgezeichnet wird; für britische Staatsbürger ist damit die Erhebung in den persönlichen Adelsstand verbunden.
