Domhnall (auch: Donald) II. of Mar (* 1302 in Saline; † 11. August 1332 in der Schlacht von Dupplin Moore) war ein schottischer Adeliger der im Zweiten Schottischen Unabhängigkeitskrieg gegen die Invasion der "Enterbten" kämpfte.
Leben
Sein Vater war Gartnait, Earl of Mar, seine Mutter war Christina Bruce, eine Schwester von Robert the Bruce. Nach dem Tod von Thomas Randolph wurde er am 2. August 1332 vom schottischen Adel in Perth zu dessen Nachfolger als Guardian of Scotland gewählt. Nur neun Tage später fiel Domhnarr II. allerdings in der Schlacht von Dupplin Moor, wo er die loyalen schottischen Truppen gegen die von Edward Balliol geführte Invasionsarmee der "Enterbten" ins Feld führte.
Durch seine Ehe mit Isabella Stewart hatte er einen Sohn, Thomas, Earl of Mar und eine Tochter, Margaret, Countess of Mar, die schließlich den Titel ihres Bruder übernahm und Countess of Mar wurde.
