Duddingston Loch ist ein Süßwassersee in den schottischen Lowlands. Er liegt auf dem Stadtgebiet von Edinburgh unmittelbar südlich von Arthur's Seat. Der See ist ungefähr 400 m lang und 200 m breit. Mit einer maximalen Tiefe von 3 m ist er wesentlich flacher als fast alle anderen schottischen Seen.

Duddingston Loch ist seit 1925 ein Vogelschutzgebiet, in dem vor allem Wildenten beobachtet werden können. 1778 wurden im See mehrere Waffen aus der Bronzezeit gefunden, die heute im National Museum of Scotland ausgestellt sind. Bevor Duddington Loch zum Vogelschutzgebiet erklärt wurde, war der zugefrorene See über Jahrhunderte ein beliebtes Gebiet für Eisläufer und Curling-Spieler. Der See ist außerdem auf mehreren historischen Gemälden abgebildet, von denen das berühmteste The Reverend Robert Walker skating on Duddingston Loch von Sir Henry Raeburn ist.
