Ethan Mitchell (* 19. Februar 1991 in Auckland) ist ein neuseeländischer Bahnradsportler.

2007 belegte Ethan Mitchell mit Sam Steele und Sam Webster den ersten Platz im Teamsprint der Junioren bei den Bahn-Meisterschaften von Ozeanien. 2010 wurde er gemeinsam mit Myron Simpson und Andy Williams neuseeländischer Meister im Teamsprint. Im selben Jahr gewann er in derselben Disziplin die Silbermedaille bei den Commonwealth Games.
