Eurest ist ein Betreiber von Betriebsrestaurants. Die Firma wurde 1974 als Europäische Restaurations GmbH Eurest Deutschland durch Nestlé und Wagons-lits[1] gegründet und gehört seit 1995 zur englischen Compass Group PLC.[1]
