Die First Aid Convention in Europe (FACE) ist ein jährlich stattfindender europäischer Wettbewerb für Erste Hilfe des Roten Kreuzes.
Teilnehmermannschaften aus den Rotkreuzgesellschaften (die in ihrem Land als Sieger hervorgegangen sind) treten in einem Wettkampf gegeneinander an und ermitteln den "Europameister in Erster-Hilfe". Der gemeinsame Vergleich fördert die Vereinheitlichung der Erste-Hilfe-Richtlinien in Europa und die Zusammenarbeit der Rotkreuzgesellschaften.
Das Deutsche Rote Kreuz (DRK) war 1987, 1990 und zuletzt 2009 (vom 2. bis 5. Juli in der niedersächsischen Stadt Oldenburg) Ausrichter der FACE. In der Oldenburger Innenstadt mussten die 26 teilnehmenden Mannschaften am Wettkampfsamstag verschiedene Stationen durchlaufen, neben reinen Erste-Hilfe-Stationen auch einen "Fun-Parcours". Bewertet wurden außer den Techniken der Hilfeleistung auch die psychologische Betreuung der Verletzen/Betroffenen und die Organisation und das Auftreten der Gruppen. Sieger wurde die 6-köpfige Mannschaft aus Serbien vor den Teams aus Irland und Italien.
