Geographical Society Ø (dänisch auch Geografisk Samfund Ø) ist eine 1.717 km²[1] große Insel im Nordosten von Grönland. Die Insel ist benannt nach der Royal Geographical Society.

Die administrativ zum Nordost-Grönland-Nationalpark gehörende Insel liegt südlich der Ymer-Insel und nördlich der Insel Traill. Im Westen auf der anderen Seite des König-Oskar-Fjords liegt Ella Ø.

Die höchste Erhebung der bergigen Insel ist Svedenborg Fjeld im Westen mit 1730 m.[2]

Geologie

Von Westen nach Osten besteht die Insel aus Sandstein-Felsen des Devon-, Karbon- und Kreide-Zeitalters, einige kleinere Gebiete haben Sandstein aus Trias und Jura.[3]
