Hines Interests Limited Partnership ist internationaler Immobilienkonzern, gegründet 1957. Der REIT mit 2.900 Mitarbeitern verwaltet rund 23 Mrd. US$. Jeffery Hines ist Präsident und CEO, Chairman ist Gerald Hines. Hauptquartier ist der Williams Tower in Houston.[1]
Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Premium-Bürogebäuden.[2]
In Berlin hat Hines das Einkaufszentrum „Die Mitte“[3] am Alexanderplatz errichtet und kurz nach Eröffnung 2009 an eine Immobilientochter der Commerzbank verkauft.[4]
Hines plant nun am Alexanderplatz ein 150 Meter hohes Wohnhochhaus.[5]
