Die Human Rights Foundation (HRF) ist eine Non-Profit-Menschenrechtsorganisation, gegründet 2005 von Thor Halvorssen. Die Organisation kümmert sich um Menschenrechte auf den beiden amerikanischen Kontinenten. Gemäß ihrer Satzung geht es ihr darum auf den amerikanischen Kontinenten "sicherzustellen, dass Freiheit sowohl gefestigt, als auch ausgeweitet wird".[1] Der Hauptsitz der Organisation ist in New York City, New York, USA.
