Innisfallen Island ist eine 8,5 Hektar große Insel. Sie liegt mit mehreren anderen im Lough Leane, einem See bei Killarney im County Kerry in der Republik Irland.

See und Insel gehören zum Killarney-Nationalpark, die Insel ist bedeutsam wegen der Ruinen der Innisfallen Abbey.

Möglicherweise verdankt der See Lough Leane seinen Namen dem Kloster auf Innisfallen, denn der irische Name Loch Léin bedeutet übersetzt „See des Lernens“.
