Lemon, Lime and Bitters (oft auch als LLB abgekürzt) ist ein Mischgetränk, welches häufig als ein nicht alkoholischer Cocktail, ein sogenannter Mocktail, betrachtet wird, da er nur einen sehr geringen alkoholischen Anteil hat. Teilweise wird er auch nur den Erfrischungsgetränken zugeordnet. Er wird mit Limonade (Zitronenlimonade), Limettensaft (alternativ Lime Juice Cordial) und einigen Spritzern aromatischen Bitters (Angosturabitter) hergestellt.

Lemon, Lime and Bitters stammt ursprünglich aus Australien und wird dort vorzugsweise nach einer Golfpartie getrunken. Im Durchschnitt werden pro Jahr 50 Millionen LLB’s alleine in Australien konsumiert.[1] Lemon, Lime and Bitters gibt es in Australien bereits als fertiges Mixgetränk in Flaschen zu kaufen.

Zubereitung

In ein Longdrinkglas (Highballglas) kommen vier bis fünf Spritzer Bitter, danach je 15 bis 30 ml Limonade und Limettensaft hinzu. Falls gewünscht kann es mit Limette und/oder Zitrone sowie mit Eis garniert werden.
