Loco Moco mit Fisch

Loco Moco ist eine Speise, die ein Spezifikum der hawaiischen Küche darstellt.

Es existieren zahlreiche Variationen, aber im Kern besteht die Speise aus weißem Reis mit einem Hamburger-Patty, einem gebratenen Ei und brauner Bratensauce. Die Variationen können Frühstücksspeck, Schinken, Frühstücksfleisch, (Kālua-) Schweinefleisch, Linguiça (Wurst), Teriyaki-Rind/Huhn, Shrimps, Austern und anderes Fleisch beinhalten.
