Lushoto (deutsch veraltet: Wilhelmstal) ist eine Stadt im ostafrikanischen Tansania. Sie liegt inmitten der Usambara-Berge, einem Gebirge im Nordosten Tansanias, welches auch Namensgeber des Usambara-Veilchen ist. Lushoto ist Hauptstadt des Distriktes Muheza in der Region Tanga.

Während der deutschen Kolonialzeit wurde Lushoto auch Wilhelmstal genannt.

Bei der Volkszählung 2002 wurden 419.970 auf dem Gemeindegebiet von Lushoto gezählt.
