Die MAINTAIN ist eine Fachmesse für industrielle Instandhaltung, die auf dem Gelände des "M,O,C Veranstaltungscenter" in München-Freimann veranstaltet wird. Sie wurde von der Messe München International ins Leben gerufen und fand zwischen 2005 und 2010 jährlich statt. Im Vorfeld der MAINTAIN 2010 einigten sich Veranstalter und Aussteller auf einen Zweijahresturnus.

Die Messe präsentiert ein internationales Angebot zu den Kernbereichen Inspektion, Wartung, Instandsetzung und Optimierung von Maschinen, Anlagen und technischer Infrastruktur.

Ausstellungsbereiche

Die MAINTAIN zeigt neben Produkten für die betriebsinterne Instandhaltung vor allem auch Dienstleistungsangebote von Unternehmen im Bereich Industrieservice. Die Ausstellungsbereiche der Messe haben sich seit 2005 sukzessive weiter entwickelt. Zu den Kernbereichen zählen:

Aussteller und Besucher

2010 zählte die MAINTAIN 192 Aussteller auf 11.000 m² Ausstellungsfläche und etwa 3.500 Besucher. Überwiegend kamen diese aus den Bereichen Maschinen- und Anlagenbau(25%), aus der chemischen Industrie (14%) sowie aus der Elektroindustrie (13%). Durch den Wechsel in den Zweijahresturnus findet die kommende MAINTAIN vom 16. bis 18. Oktober 2012 in München statt.
