Charleville ist eine Stadt im Süden Queenslands.

Sie befindet sich im Südwesten des Bundesstaates Queensland, Australien 758 km westlich von der Bundeshauptstadt Brisbane. Charleville ist mit 3550 Einwohnern die größte Stadt des Verwaltungsbezirks Murweh Shire und dessen Hauptstadt, welcher 43.905 km² verwaltet. Charleville liegt an den Ufern des Warrego River, an dem der Warrego Highway endet.

1922 richtete Qantas zwischen Charleville und Cloncurry die zweite regelmäßig operierende Fluglinie Australiens ein. Dies war zugleich Qantas erste Fluglinie.
