Masahiro Koishikawa

Masahiro Koishikawa: Masahiro Koishikawa (jap. 小石川正弘, Koishikawa Masahiro; * 1952) ist ein japanischer Astronom und Asteroidenentdecker.

Er gehört seit 1972 zum Mitarbeiterstab des Sendai Astronomical Observatory (IAU-Code 893) und entdeckte dort an der Ayashi Station zwischen 1987 und 1995 insgesamt 19 Asteroiden.^[1]. Daneben gilt sein Interesse der Beobachtung der Planeten.

Der Asteroid (6097) Koishikawa wurde nach ihm benannt.
