Der Naskaupi River ist ein Fluss im Osten der Labrador-Halbinsel in der zur kanadischen Provinz Neufundland und Labrador gehörenden Teilprovinz Labrador. Der Fluss hat eine Länge von 220 km und ein Einzugsgebiet von 18100 km².[1]. Er mündet von Nordwesten kommend in den See Lake Melville, der eine salzwasserhaltige Gezeitenerweiterung des Hamilton Inlets darstellt, in welchen auch der Churchill River mündet, so dass man ihn zu dessen Flusssystem hinzurechnen kann.
