Neva Howard ist eine US-amerikanische Tänzerin und ist als Choreographin für Theater und Film, als Dozentin sowie inszenierend tätig.

Biografie

Neva Howard schuf u.a. Choreographien für Linie 1 (GRIPS Theater 1986 (UA), Regie: H. Engels), Assassins Attentäter (Neuköllner Oper 2002, Regie: Peter Lund), Brave New World (GRIPS Theater 2006), Kauf dir ein Kind (UA Neuköllner Oper 2007), Leben ohne Chris (UA Neuköllner Oper 2009) sowie Frau Zucker will die Weltherrschaft (UA Neuköllner Oper 2011), Regie jeweils von Peter Lund. Sie inszenierte u.a. für das Stadttheater Konstanz (Der Zauberer von Oz, 2004). Seit 2002 ist Neva Howard Professorin für Choreographie und szenische Arbeit im Studiengang Musical/Show der Universität der Künste.
