One Park Avenue ist ein Wolkenkratzer in Dubai, der derzeit geplant wird. Nach seiner Vollendung wäre das Gebäude 550 Meter hoch und würde zu den höchsten der Welt gehören. Es würde in Dubai das zweithöchste Gebäude sein, nach dem 828 Meter hohen Burdsch Chalifa, der seit 2010 das höchste Gebäude der Welt ist. Auf 116 Stockwerken sind Wohnungen, Büros und ein Hotel geplant. Es liegen derzeit (2010) seitens des Projektentwicklers Meraas Development keine Angaben über eine Bauzeit vor. 2009 wurde jedoch der Bauplatz vorbereitet. Der Bau ist behördlich genehmigt.

Diverses

Es gibt übrigens in Dubai noch ein weiteres geplantes Hochhaus mit dem Namen 1 Park Avenue. Dieses Gebäude, dessen Höhe mit 350 Metern angegeben wird, ist jedoch nicht mit diesem Bauprojekt identisch.
