Das Oslo Freedom Forum (OFF) ist eine Menschenrechts-Konferenz, die von der Human Rights Foundation von Thor Halvorssen begründet wurde. Sie findet seit 2009 jährlich in Oslo statt, zuletzt im Mai 2011.

Das Ziel des Forums ist es führende Menschenrechtler, ehemalige Staatsführer, Nobelpreisträger, ehemals aufgrund Menschrechtsaktivismus Gefangene und ausgewählte Autoren mit Geschäftsleuten, Politikern und kulturellen Meinungsmachern aus Norwegen und der Welt zusammen zu bringen.

Unter den Teilnehmern der bisherigen Veranstaltungen befanden sich z.B. Lech Walesa, Julian Assange, Garry Kasparov, Sarah Ferguson, Jimmy Wales und Lina Ben Mhenni.
